VIP BUYER PROGRAM DETAILS...

VIP BUYERS are our frequent attending buyers, or buyers that would like to attend all of the JF&A Shows. If that's you, read on:

Your VIP BUYER REGISTRATION will cost $20 / year and will give you access to all 6 of the JF&A Shows (5 in Rosemont and 1 in Schaumburg) throughout the year. That's a $10 pre-registration savings. Benefits of being a VIP BUYER are:
  • After your initial registration as a VIP BUYER, you will not have to pay for your registration fee on site at the show for a period of ONE YEAR from the date you register, giving you access to all shows for one year. You will be automatically registered for the upcoming 6 shows that you are a VIP BUYER for.

VIP treatment on site: a separate VIP counter will be set up for you to pick up your VIP BADGE which will include the following:
  • NO lines at your very own VIP REGISTRATION COUNTER in the registration lobby! The red carpet will be rolled out just for you.
  • You will be automatically registered for the next 6 shows. Your VIP bar code will be activated and your barcode will be sent to you automatically once registration is available for each show! Your badge will state VIP in large letters so exhibitors know are are a VIP Buyer.​
  • Special deals (when available) from exhibitors only offered to VIP Buyers! 
  • FREE VIP BADGE lanyard to identify you to exhibitors as a VIP! 

First 600 VIP buyers to attend each show will receive the following:
  • FREE attendee bag for every show you attend (first 600 buyers to attend only!).
  • For ALL Renewing VIP's, you will get a FREE attendee bag as well your first show which you renewed in.

So the benefits are BIG and made especially for our VIP BUYERS! All Pre-Registration must be paid via credit card and all payments are non-refundable or transferable. You are only able to purchase a VIP BUYER badge during the pre-registration time frame for each show. No VIP BUYER badges will be able to be purchased on site.
